Lesson 4: Counting Groups to 5

 

Aims:

  • Develop counting skills for groups up to 5.
  • Practice counting in different arrangements.

Goals:

  • Children count up to 5 objects, shapes, dots, or cubes.
  • Children count in lines, frames, and scattered patterns.

Objectives:

  • Accurately count groups of up to 5 items.
  • Recognize that arrangement does not change quantity.
