Lesson 2: Counting Groups to 3

 

Aims:

  • Build one-to-one counting for small groups.
  • Connect numbers to quantities.

  • Children count up to 3 objects, shapes, or pictures.
  • Children use fingers and counting frames appropriately.

  • Count and show up to 3 items with accuracy.
  • Demonstrate counting on fingers and frames.
