Take It to the Next Level

  • Go on a nature walk to find something from each creation day.
  • Learn about a favorite animal, plant, or star in more detail and share with the family.
  • Create a thank-you letter, poem, or prayer to God for your favorite part of creation.
  • Organize a “Creation Day” celebration with songs, food, and games related to the lesson.

Suggested Schedule

One-Week Plan:

  • Day 1: Introduction, Opening Song, Day 1 Story (Light), Activity, Journal/Reflection
  • Day 2: Day 2 Story (Sky), Activity, Journal/Reflection
  • Day 3: Day 3 Story (Land, Seas, Plants), Activity, Journal/Reflection
  • Day 4: Day 4 Story (Sun, Moon, Stars), Activity, Journal/Reflection
  • Day 5: Day 5 Story (Birds & Fish), Activity, Journal/Reflection
  • Day 6: Day 6 Story (Animals & People), Activity, Journal/Reflection
  • Day 7: Day 7 Story (Rest), Closing Song, Celebration & Sharing

Two-Week and Three-Week Plans:

  • Spread each creation day over two or three days each week. Add deeper journaling, extra science experiments, nature walks, or creative projects.

End with a family Creation Celebration: share art, journals, and what your child is most thankful God made.
