Vision Born from Purpose
Jacqulyn Wilson founded Elevated Missions PREP, Inc. on the belief that every person has a unique purpose. When people are encouraged, educated, and equipped, they can change the world.
Raised in a family that valued faith, service, and resilience, Jacqulyn witnessed the power of hope and second chances. Her legal career exposed her to those often overlooked, inspiring her to build a movement for empowerment and transformation.
From Advocate to Architect of Change
With over twenty years’ of professional experience spanning years as an attorney, administrative judge, certified mental health coach, and youth ministry leader, Jacqulyn has helped people from all walks of life reclaim confidence and pursue new futures.
Her personal, practical approach blends evidence-based strategies with steadfast Christian principles. She builds systems to unlock potential in others.

In 2024, Yolonda attended a St. Kitts conference as a supporter. By 2025, after completing our Get Heard Coaching program, developing her book collection, and publishing through our Get Heard Publishing House she returned to that conference as a speaker.
