Have you ever lost sight of your \u201cwhy\u201d in the daily grind? \u00a0Even the most passionate leaders face seasons of discouragement, setbacks, or comparison that threaten to dim their vision. \u00a0But your calling is too important to let go. \u00a0As Dr. Henry Cloud notes, \u201cVision is what keeps leaders moving forward when reality says quit.\u201d<\/p>\n

Scripture offers powerful examples of perseverance\u2014Nehemiah rebuilt the wall despite opposition, Paul pressed on toward his heavenly goal, and Jeremiah was reminded that his purpose was set before he was born (Jeremiah 1:5). \u00a0The Bible encourages us:<\/p>\n

\u201cAnd let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.\u201d \u2014 Galatians 6:9 (ESV)<\/p>\n

    There was a season when our organization faced obstacles, and I questioned if we would ever see the impact we dreamed of. \u00a0What reignited my vision was returning to the stories of lives changed by our work, reconnecting with God in prayer, and receiving encouragement from fellow leaders. \u00a0In those challenging times, the line from Marvel\u2019s movie The \u00a0Black Panther, spoken so powerfully by Actress Angela Bassett\u2014\u201cRemember who you are!\u201d\u2014echoed in my spirit. \u00a0That reminder anchored me in my purpose and helped me move forward with renewed hope and drive.<\/p>\n
