Our Story<\/h2>

The CCE Division started it all,\u00a0 becoming the base of what would become EMPREP, Inc.\u00a0 After receiving a revelation from God, CEO and Founder, Jacqulyn \"Jacqui\" Wilson, took a leap of faith, leaving her legal career behind to start Christian Children's Empowerment. With its absorption into EMPREP, Inc., it became The CCE Division. When Jacqui started CCE, she focused on how to help children develop a better mindset to lead to better life choices, avoiding what she saw in the legal field.\u00a0 Frustrated because she could not find the materials she needed to teach, she created the bible study lessons to show the children how to use the Word of God through practical application to become stronger. She saw amazing results.<\/p>

As she worked with children in the United States, she freely distributed the lessons online to anyone interested in using them with their children's groups. This prompted CCE to take part in its first mission project. Teachers from the Giotto area of Nakuru, Kenya encountered the lessons online. Friendships were developed, and CCE became involved in the educational efforts of twenty orphaned boys. From there Jacqui saw a greater need for an educational mechanism; thus, the concept of Empowerment University for Children was born.\u00a0 As CCE became deeper involved in the lives of children both domestically and abroad, her efforts necessitated a network that could share the load, thus, the World Empowerment Network (WEN). Today, CCE proudly stands as the foundational division of EMPREP, Inc. While you can immediately take advantage of any resource we have in this division, you have the option of receiving a specially designed plan.
