Session Summary

When something really hard happens, it’s normal to feel overwhelmed.  In this session, you will learn five steps you can use right away: validate your feelings, ground yourself in the present, contain big thoughts, breathe deeply to calm down, and pray for comfort.  These steps can help you feel safer, stronger, and ready to heal after tough moments.

Disclaimer: This is not a therapy session, but a coaching session to help you understand yourself better and learn how to feel better. If you’re still having a hard time after 30 days, or your feelings are really big and not getting better, ask for help from a counselor or doctor.
